At Sabr Collections, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below for our processing and delivery times.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Personalised Lamps

If your lamp requires personalisation or a custom design, a design proof will usually be sent to you within 24 hours.

Once the design has been approved, your order will be prepared for dispatch. Delays in approving your design may delay the dispatch of your order.

Keychains

Keychain orders are normally dispatched by the next working day.

Islamic Canvases

Canvas orders are prepared for dispatch separately and are currently available for UK delivery only.

International Delivery

International delivery is currently available for personalised lamps and keychains.

All international orders are sent using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered as part of the shipping process.

Islamic Canvases

Islamic Canvases are currently available for UK delivery only. We do not currently offer international delivery for canvases.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders from Sabr Collections are shipped using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping.

This means any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are covered as part of the shipping process, so customers should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

This applies to all international destinations that we currently ship to.

Please note that Islamic Canvases are currently available for UK delivery only and cannot be shipped internationally.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become available or receive its first carrier update.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times shown are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Although we aim to meet the stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to Royal Mail, Evri, international postal networks, customs, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information for the latest available update.

If you believe your order has been significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier.
