3. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some Sabr Collections products can be personalised or made to a customer's specifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, spellings and other personalisation details submitted with your order are correct.
Where we provide a design proof for approval, you are responsible for checking the design carefully before approving it.
Once a personalised or custom-made product has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products are not affected.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- We are unable to fulfil a requested personalisation
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
We may change product prices at any time, but this will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact and payment information when placing an order.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed at checkout and/or explained in our Shipping Policy.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Personalised and custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, defective, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.
